glibc-2.3.1 patch for crosstool

Subject: glibc-2.3.1 patch for crosstool

Hi,

Using crosstool to build glibc 2.3.1 on a gcc 4.x system requires the glibc-2.3.3-allow-gcc-4.0-configure patch. However, this patch is not shipped with crosstool 0.42 (more precisely, it is not in the patches/ glibc-2.3.1 directory). Simply creating this directory and copying to it the patch from patches/glibc-2.3.2 allows glibc-2.3.1 to build. Hopefully this change can be made for the next release of crosstool.
