The same prevails for crosstool-NG.

uClibc is pretty well supported. For info, my main concerns are ARM and uClibc.
So you should be OK with that. I managed gcc 4.0.4 + uClibc 0.9.28.1 + kernel
headers 2.6.20 + binutils 2.17.50.0.10 (and libfloat).

glibc support might be lagging behind a bit, as I'm not too concerned with it.
At least, it should be the same as for the original crosstool.
