[CT-_NG] build_wcs_upper_buffer error with crosstool-ng 1.1.2

Umm.... I failed  toolchaing compiling wiht ct-ng 1.1.2.
I meeted "conflicting types for 'build_wcs_upper_buffer'" related
error during  Build C library.
Anyone have this experience?   Below is log messages.
