The only reason is that I needed to build 4.3.1 for compatibility with a
root filesystem that we ship to customers.  I imagine that 4.3.2 would
work fine, but since I did not test it, I thought it would be safer to
just specify 4.3.1.  Eventually I will probably get around to testing a
newer one even and I can post an update.

I think this is a good idea.  People dealing with toolchains are often
desperate for information :)
