powerpc and powerpc64 are two different architectures. While crosstool-NG
offers a config option for the former, it does not for the latter.

Could you please take a look at svn trunk, I have added powerpc64 support,
hidden behind EXPERIMENTAL. You can also try the available sample
powerpc64-unknown-linux-gnu (build-tested only).
