Subject: crosstool-NG: Newlib 1.18.0 is out

Hey Yann!

I just noticed that Newlib 1.18.0 is out, a bit late I admit, but I don't usually use newlib. Just wanted to let you know, in case you are gearing up for another release.

I won't be able to test a newlib toolchain, but perhaps someone else can?
