No. From _my_ point of view, Cygwin is a second class citizen.

If crosstool-NG works on Cygwin, then that's nice.

If it does not, and I can spot the error just by just looking at the
build.log file, then I can devise trivial fixes/workarounds. If the
error is not obvious, then someone else than me will have to come with
an explanation of the error, and better yet, with a patch.

I had to install a virtual machine just to test your configuration, and
after 16h, it's still only ./configure-ing the static core gcc, which it
takes less than 4min on my native Linux system. That's... 240 times
slower...

The samples are known to work, and I strive to making the latest versions
work, with a tendency to sacrifice old versions on the altar of progress.
