arm-vfp - be/armv7/softfp/thumb multilib?

Subject: arm-vfp - be/armv7/softfp/thumb multilib?

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure an arm-none-eabi multilib that combines:

Big Endian
armv7 arch
softfp (for use with vfp)
thumb2
??

I am not sure if vfp is compatible with thumb. I have successfully built a multilib with the above items but excluding thumb. I have been unable to configure a t-* file that enables all 4.
