Building documentation fails

Hi,

If I enable building the documentation (CT_BUILD_MANUALS=y), then
the build fails:

  make[2]: Entering directory `.../.build/arm-unknown-linux-uclibcgnueabi/build/build-binutils-host-i686-build_pc-linux-gnu/gas'
  make[2]: *** No rule to make target `install-pdf'.  Stop.
  make[2]: Leaving directory `.../.build/arm-unknown-linux-uclibcgnueabi/build/build-binutils-host-i686-build_pc-linux-gnu/gas'

Using "crosstool-NG version 1.15.3".
