Subject: crosstool-ng build success report for powerpc-405-linux-gnu

Hello!

Here is an updated build success report for powerpc-405-linux-gnu
using:

linux 3.5
binutils 2.19.1a
gcc/g++ 4.6.3
eglibc 2.13
soft float
nptl

The entire toolchain has been tested in-circuit on a 405GP processor
with success. My prior two posted patches are required for a
successful build using 64 bit Ubuntu Oneiric.
