[PATCH 1 of 1] cc/gcc: remove svn source

# HG changeset patch

cc/gcc: remove svn source

Since we now have the opportunity to use a custom local directory/tarball
as the source for gcc, it no longer makes sense to retrieve gcc ourselves
from its subversion repository.
