New package: ipcalc 0.41-1 -- Parameter calculator for IPv4 addresses

Program takes an IP address and netmask in CIDR notation or dotted
decimal notation and calculates the resulting broadcast, network,
Cisco wildcard mask, and host range. By giving a second netmask, you
can design sub- and supernetworks. It is also intended to be a
teaching tool and presents the results as easy-to-understand binary
values.

Standard install.

CYGWIN INSTALLATION INFORMATION
===============================

To install this package, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the
<http://cygwin.com/> web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions. You'll find
the package listed in the "All" category. After installation, read the
documentation at directories:

    /usr/share/doc/<package-version>/*
    /usr/share/doc/Cygwin/<package-version>.README
