-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
A new version of the patchutils package, 0.3.0-1, is now available for
download for cygwin 1.5, replacing 0.2.31-2 as current. For those testing
cygwin 1.7, patchutils-0.3.0-2 is available.
This is a new upstream release, with upstream changes listed below. See
also the package documentation in /usr/share/doc/patchutils-0.3.0/.
Patchutils is a small collection of programs that operate on patch files.
You can use the programs to combine, filter and split, correct output from
'cvs diff', list and grep patch files.
To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the
http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
Save it and run setup, answer the questions and pick up 'patchutils' from
the 'Devel' category.
Note that downloads from sources.redhat.com (aka cygwin.com) aren't
allowed due to bandwidth limitations. This means that you will need to
find a mirror which has this update, please choose the one nearest to you:
If you want to make a point or ask a question the Cygwin mailing list is
the appropriate place.

The lsdiff -H option is now the default, and new options have
been added to filterdiff for reading inclusion/exclusion
patterns from files, and for removing non-diff lines.
