lftp installation problem fixed

A recent release of the lftp package came with an incomplete list of
package dependencies. As a result, if you recently installed lftp, it may
be broken for you because you didn't get all of the packages it needs in
order to run.

To see if you're affected by this problem, just run lftp. If it starts
normally, then you're fine. If it quits right at the start, complaining
about a missing DLL, then you need to reinstall it.

To reinstall lftp: In setup.exe, in the row for lftp, click on the entry
in the "New" column until it says "Reinstall", then click on Next. setup
will install the missing additional dependencies, after which lftp should
work normally. If it doesn't, please post a bug report here.

lftp is a sophisticated file transfer program and ftp/http client. It
supports multiple network protocols, offers tab completion, command
history, job control, and bookmarks, can mirror sites and transfer multiple
files in parallel, and keeps trying interrupted operations until it can
complete them.
