Updated: automake1.12-1.12.5-1

Automake is a tool for automatically generating `Makefile.in's
suitable for use with Autoconf, compliant with the GNU Makefile
standards, and portable to various make implementations. This is
the first release in the automake-1.12 release series, and contains
the latest version of automake system, automake-1.12.3.

This release updates to the latest upstream release, and adds support
for python PEP3147.

This cygwin package, automake1.12, can be installed without conflict
alongside the existing automake1.11, automake1.10, automake1.9,
automake1.8, automake1.7, automake1.6, automake1.5, and automake1.4
cygwin packages.

1.12.5: This release fixes a couple of minor bugs: one related to the

1.12.4: We are pleased to announce the Automake 1.12.4 maintenance
1.12.4: release.
1.12.4:
1.12.4: This is a bug-fixing release. First, it address some minor

1.12.4: the warnings in the 'obsolete' category enabled by default
1.12.4: in both aclocal and automake; this way, it will be harder for
1.12.4: projects that don't use the '-Wall' option to be suddenly
1.12.4: bitten by backward-incompatible changes, with having a fair
1.12.4: chance to be warned in advance.

Testsuite details:
=======================================================
The tests were executed with LANG=en_US.UTF-8, running as Administrator
on Windows 7 64bit wih cygwin-1.7.17-1. Several tests were skipped
with messages such as:
skipped test: cannot drop file write permissions
or
skipped test: cannot drop file read permissions
This is likely due to running the tests as Administrator; it's
possible that re-running those tests under a normal user account
would allow them to execute, but I didn't bother.
