Version 1.1.11-1 of cdrkit is now available.

Cygwin NEWS:
- package cdrkit renamed to cdrkit-doc

- debuginfo packages

Known issue:
"wodim blank=full" fails because IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH_DIRECT times out after ~3 minutes. Could at least be reproduced on 64-bit Win 7. Thanks for any help regarding this issue.

 - genisoimage/joliet.c: Fix a potential memory corruption bug.
 - genisoimage/genisoimage.[c1]: Add command-line support for
   -jigdo-template-compress
 - genisoimage: preserve directory permissions.
 - genisoimage: "-o -" will now write to stdout.
