* generic-build-script: Improve extension detection and add default
clause. Add 'checksig' argument.
(BASEPKG): New variable.
(src_orig_pkg_ext): Remove unneeded variable.
(host,target): Remove unneeded variables (for now).
(spkg): Add code to sign the patch and the script. Copy upstream
signature, if any.
(sigfile): New function to create signatures.
(checksig): New function to verify signatures.
