Cool. Right, I have re-packaged the binary and source tarballs with the
following fixes (using "Method One" for sure!)

- Removed pdksh-5.2.14-1.sh in the -src package

- Changed the pdksh-5.2.14-1.README in both packages to reflect the new
build instructions, eg. ./configure; make; make install

- Moved ksh.1 to pdksh.1 . Added a check for ksh.1 in postinstall script and
creates a symlink if non-existant

and they are available here
