Re: proposal: imap, imap-server, and imap-util

Ok, I've repackaged with the following:
* uw-imap-server is compiled SSLTYPE=none for imapd, ipop2d, and ipop3d
* uw-imap-ssl-server is compiled with default IESG recommendation
* The files in /usr/sbin are now uw-imapd, uw-ipop2d, uw-ipop3d, and the
ssl-enabled executables have an 's' before the final d.
* Each of these two packages has a postinstall and a preremove script to
create and cleanup symbolic links for /usr/sbin/imapd, etc. (without the uw-
prefix).
