[ITP] m4

It appears, according to http://sources.redhat.com/ml/cygwin-apps/2003-09/msg00287.html, that m4 has no a maintainer. It was last uploaded 2 years ago, and 1.4.2 has since been released with a security fix that I would like to see. So, I am offering to become the maintainer.

I have plans to roll a 1.4.2a from CVS, which promises a 20% speedup of m4 processing during its most typical use (autoconf), but want to make sure I am accepted as a maintainer before I spend time doing that.

sdesc: "GNU implementation of the traditional Unix macro processor."
ldesc: "An implementation of the traditional Unix macro processor. It is
mostly SVR4 compatible although it has some extensions (for example,
handling more than 9 positional parameters to macros). GNU m4 also has
built-in functions for including files, running shell commands, doing
arithmetic, etc."
category: Interpreters
requires: cygwin _update-info-dir
