Another bug-fix to chere has been applied. Chere should not require the user to
add /bin to the windows path (but why wouldn't you?).
It is available at:
http://geocities.com/d_inabox/chere-0.6-3.tar.bz2.zip
Please strip the .zip extension.
Setup.hint is unchanged. Remove chere-0.6-2.tar.bz2 leaving chere-0.5-2 as
previous.
