[ITP] asciidoc-8.1.0-1

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

The git package currently has no man or html documentation, because
building those docs depends on asciidoc. I propose maintaining this
package, so I can improve the git build while keeping it self-contained
from within cygwin.

Debian includes asciidoc as stable, so no votes are needed:
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?keywords=asciidoc&searchon=names&subword=1&version=all&release=all

However, as this is my first attempt building a python package which
includes no Makefile whatsoever, I would appreciate a review.

# setup for asciidoc
sdesc: "Text based document generation"
ldesc: "AsciiDoc is a text document format for writing short
documents, articles, books and UNIX man pages. AsciiDoc files can be
translated to HTML and DocBook markups using the asciidoc(1)
command. AsciiDoc is highly configurable: both the AsciiDoc source
file syntax and the backend output markups (which can be almost any
type of SGML/XML markup) can be customized and extended by the user."
