What is the status of the SQLite ITP?
Anyone has it (at least) semi-working, or is the latest Gerrit's from
2004? Something I can finish in less time that from scratch?

I'm considering ITP'ing PHP (as I need it for work anyway) and using an
external SQLite instead of the included one seems only logical...
