Packaging looks ok, with just a minor problem.  The package comes
with three man pages

  usr/share/man/man8/stunnel.8.gz
  usr/share/man/man8/stunnel.fr.8.gz
  usr/share/man/man8/stunnel.pl.8.gz

The non-english man pages are not accessible from man this way.
Actually, the layout should be

  usr/share/man/man8/stunnel.8.gz
  usr/share/man/fr/man8/stunnel.8.gz
  usr/share/man/pl/man8/stunnel.8.gz
