default /etc/fstab contains dead link

The /etc/postinstall/000-cygwin-post-install.sh script places a dead
link into /etc/fstab:
# http://cygwin.com/1.7/cygwin-ug-net/using.html#mount-table
The 1.7 needs to be dropped from that path, or perhaps a symlink
should be created on the web server?
