Uploaded after modifying the software to treat a "!\n " as (apparently)
something special. Anyone know if there is an RFC which specifies this?
SMTP (RFC 2821) recommends that clients not send lines longer than 999
bytes; many mailers obey this by using "!\n" as the continuation
sequence to break long lines into something that fits SMTP.
Thanks much for the info. I'm somewhat surprised that the perl package
that I'm using to read these messages didn't handle that automatically.
I guess I should be asking for "ssh-keygen -e" format. I'll change the web
page to specify this but, in the future, please use something like:
ssh-keygen -e -f ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub
Chris, did you want me to re-send again using this format?
and just fill out the Name/Package fields, followed by output from that
command.
