bison1.30 problem ?

Building Cygwin CVS stopped in
i686-pc-cygwin/winsup/cinstall/Makefile
@ the mv instruction in
iniparse.cc iniparse.h : iniparse.y
bison -d -o iniparse.cc $(srcdir)/iniparse.y
@mv iniparse.cc.h iniparse.h
with a could not stat iniparse.cc.h message
reverting from bison1.30 to bison1.28
the 'Compile' completed normally
