It seems to me that most people on this list don't paste large amounts of
data into xterm/rxvt, so they aren't affected by this patch.  Would it be
possible to create a snapshot with this patch so people who don't build
their own cygwin1.dll can try it?  I'm not sure whether the process of
building official snapshots requires the changes to be checked into CVS...
