The only thing is that there *are* people using Cygwin on Win9x now. So
can the (last release in the) 1.5 series be made available as cygwin-9x or
something? That way, people who want to install Cygwin on 9x have a
version to use (even if unsupported).
That said, I don't much care about Win9x support in the newer versions of
Cygwin. Although a lot of that code handles FAT filesystems, which we'll
still need.
