FW: DirectX port

 Hi Suhaib,
 	Just a quick update...
 
 	I couple of things I though were going to be easy, were not 
 so easy.  I
 had forgotten that since this is working in a windows environment, it
 needs to behave properly (ala other windows programs) and be able to
 recover itself, if another application runs.
 
 	I have the basic framework worked out, but I need to flesh out the
 basic initialization, and then the interface into GGI.  Unfortunately,
 with the new baby, time has been somewhat limited.
 
 	I also posted my initial DirectX sdk port to cygwin. It is at :

 	I, again, can't post to the cygnus maillists, so I may have 
 to ask you
 to forward things as needed.
