If someone wants to tackle the imake build we'll add it to the available
packages.

I'll elaborate later on cygwin-xfree.  Cursory view tells me it's in the fonts
section.  I also had to patch cygwin.rules for junk.c because the first
parameter to dllMain has changed from HANDLE to HINSTANCE.
