problem with test7

Hello all,
I have a problem (it may be my setup in general). When I run my
startxwin.bat file. The XWin flashes up and then goes away. My startxwin.bat
file is as follows:
@echo off
SET DISPLAY=127.0.0.1:0.0
start XWin -screen 0 100x100x16 -whitepixel 255 -blackpixel 0
I get the following errors:
in the XWin window I get:
_XSERVTransmkdir: Owner of /tmp.X11-unix should be set to root
then I get a bunch of good stuff :)

error opening security policy file /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xserver/SecurtiyPolicy
Fatal server error:
could not open default font 'fixed'
I do have the fonts installed in the proper directories.
