Thanks to Zhang Tao for the help.
Now I know that I need to download the video card driver
for my card cirrus logic 5430.
I checked the cirrus site, they have windows, linux platforms ...
But I want the cygwin platform driver for CL 5430.

My display card is S3 Savage 4. I solved this problem when I update display driver from S3 web.
