In the directory config/cf 

ls *site*  produces 
site.def 
site.sample 
xf86site.def

and 

ls *cygwin*
cygwin.cf 
cygwin.rules 
cygwin.tmpl

Where I can find site.cygwin and host.cygwin? (e.g. in the source of 4.0.1) and host.cygwin must be put into config/cf?
