Fonts in 4.0.2 and 4.0.3 are identical, except 4.0.3 has additional
freetype2 while 4.0.2 has only freetype support.  If you are using freetype2
support then you do not need it.

Do I need to grab the X4.03 fonts, or will the 4.02 fonts do?
