Mainly Success
AltGr Keypress is Ok - should be usable for all.
Still Odd:
Win2k: The fake release is not detected
Win98: Pressing AltGr , Releasing AltGr removes all fake Control_L events
but Pressing AltGr, Pressing Q, Releasing Q, Releasing AltGr still
produces fake Control_L release.
