However, I am using a notebook computer.
Hence, I have only two buttons.
Do I need a special set-up to emulate the middle button?
I think that I saw pressing two-buttons simultaneously works other Xserver
programs.
But, this does not work with Cygwin/Xfree.

Do you have a mouse with a scrolling wheel? If so, press the scrolling
wheel, it is your third button.
