DLL Problems?

I have just installed Cygwin/Xfree (4.0.3) and have found a couple of
problems. I wonder if anyone could enlighten me as to whether these are
known problems, with or without workarounds, or whether it is just me.
BTW I am using Win2000 SP1.
First, on running startxwin.bat I get the following error:
The procedure entry point Xutf8TextToTextProperty could not be located in
the dynamic link library libX11.dll.
The X server seems to start OK after that.
The next problem comes when I run xhost, I get a Windows error message
complaining that the DLL libXmuu.dll could not be found. I have confirmed
that this DLL is not anywhere on my system.
Any suggestions would be very welcome.
