Ummm... i know you are in Austria, well I did my Ph.D. in Austria (Vienna)
I think Zurich is more then 100 Km from there, unless you are rigght near

Complain to Swiss first, there mirrors are not referesing.  Try the
link I sent you it might still downlaod faster, even it is Virginia, USA.
