I installed inetd as service, so it will be started at startup of my
NT 4 SP6a system. It is looking for cygwin1.dll at winnt/system32/,
so I have 2 copies of the same dll. Each time I update cygwin, I'm asked
if the dll at winnt/syste32/ should be deleted.
