This message does not tell you to use WinZip.  It says that something went
wrong during your installation.

When you install using setup.exe, you should see a "zlib" package near the
bottom of all of the packages that you are installing.  If you rerun setup.exe
you may see this.  If you don't, click on the "Full/Part" button at the top
of the screen.  This will show all of the available packages.  Click on the
"Keep" or whatever shows up next to zlib until you get to "Reinstall".  This
will reinstall zlib on your computer.
