I'm trying to run gdbx, and I need cygwinb19.dll to do it.
Where can I find that file?
I've tried renaming to cygwin1.dll to cygwinb19.dll, but when gdbx starts,
the CPU goes to 100% load and gdbx never appears, so that doesn't work.
