How do I install the Test 78 package via setup.exe? I downloaded
setup.exe and entered http://xfree86.cygwin.com/devel/shadow/ as a User
URL. I then clicked on Add and selected the URL I just entered. This
results in an error: "Unable to get setup.ini from
http://xfree86.cygwin.com/devel/shadow/";. I also tried to use one of
the mirror URLs;
ftp://ftp.univie.ac.at/packages/cygwin/xfree/devel/shadow/. With this
URL, I don't get an error - however, there's no "test" package in the list.
