I can't get it to work.
My installation of cygwin is in D:\gb\cygwin
I saved the file in D:\gb\cygwin\etc\X11\XF86Config-4
I start x by double-click the file D:\gb\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin\startxwin.bat
I still have an american keyboard.
What is wrong?
