I don't understand why it is saying the visual is immutable. See, you are using a PseudoColor visual, which, as opposed to a StaticColor visual, can have its color entries changed. Thus, it doesn't make much sense to me that it is saying that the visual can't be changed. Maybe it wants a DirectColor visual.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
