You need a different mirror.  You certainly do not have the latest 
packages.  For example, a newer version of most of those packages was 
released on October 29th.

Furthermore, several releases of most of the packages have been made 
between the versions that you have and the versions that were released 
yesterday:

A lot of the changes made in the last two months were related to the new 
shared Xt library.

Please, find a new mirror, update your installation, confirm that you 
have the versions listed in the second email above, and try the 
compilation again.
