Xserver error in proc_subproc

At home I have a P4 2.66 with HT. I have installed Cygwin/X and I have launched
it with
the command Xwin (with XWin -multiwindow it doesn't work).
When I start xterm an other xclients (ex. RXVT) I get this error message:
3 [main] xterm 1992 proc_subproc: Couldn't duplicate my handle<0x7E8> for
pid 1072, Win32 error 5
967 [main] xterm 1992 sync_with_child: child 1072(0x60C) died before
initialization with status code 0x80
1765 [main] xterm 1992 sync_with_child: *** child state waiting for longjmp
xterm: Error 29, errno 11: Resource temporarily unavailable
Reason: spawn: fork() failed
I have installed Cygwin/X in the computer of my office and it works properly.
I have read all the documentation, FAQ and searched in the mail archive
but
I haven't found anything.
What is the problem with my computer ?
