Thanks for replay.
I'm testing with xorg-x11-xwin-6.7.0.0-12 with 24bit color depth.

JSKT40 [~/work/glut] % ./test4.exe
vi   = 0x100e5060, depth = 24
Visp = 0x100e5600, depth = 24
XPix = 0x200001
GPix = 0x200002
cx   = 0x100e5798
Ctxt = 0x101261e8
