Re: multiwindow doesn't work

Thanks for the prompt reply, but this used to work and I can't minimize the
desktop window because it is frameless. Worse, the desktop remains on top and
hides all Windows apps. The syntax "startx -multiwindow &" comes from the KDE
web site and clearly indicates that the desktop is not to appear, so
something is wrong.

What causes the message: "ERROR: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)"? This
message is also displayed when I start any KDE apps, like kwrite.
