run.exe version 1.1.3 from the X-startup-scripts 1.0.9-1 package.

I checked the changelog for run version 1.1.4 available here:
http://www.neuro.gatech.edu/users/cwilson/cygutils/run
and the changelog clearly states "No code changes".

To reproduce:
export CYGWIN=error_start=dumper.exe

/usr/X11R6/bin/run.exe `perl -e 'print "A" x 242'`
